Contacting EA Support has been utterly useless, as they will direct the blame on the retailer, in this case, Amazon. As others who experienced the same problem who pre-ordered physical copies through Amazon, I spent a good portion of my day with their customer support team, who relayed that they did not receive any promo codes to redeem NHL ‘94 Rewind for pre-order purchases.
So word to the wise, don’t waste your time creating a ticket with EA Support, they’ll absolve themselves of any responsibility for their company’s errors. And they’ve offered zero solutions to customers who are contacting EA through other channels.
