In order to have access to NHL 94 you must have pre-ordered prior to October 16th.

If you do not have access to downloading the game from your console, please try visiting the Xbox or PlayStation store via the web to see if you can add it to your account from there.
In order to access this content, you must have redeemed the pre-order code from the retailer you purchased the game from. This would have either been on the receipt from a physical retailer or emailed to you. Please check your junk/spam/promotional folders within your email address to see if it was accidentally filtered there.
If you are unable to locate the email and pre-ordered from Amazon, please provide me your details below so we can pass it up to our respectable teams to coordinate with Amazon.

I pre ordered a physical copy of NHL 21 for the Xbox One on Amazon. They never sent a code for NHL Rewind.
Contacting EA Support has been utterly useless, as they will direct the blame on the retailer, in this case, Amazon. As others who experienced the same problem who pre-ordered physical copies through Amazon, I spent a good portion of my day with their customer support team, who relayed that they did not receive any promo codes to redeem NHL ‘94 Rewind for pre-order purchases.
So word to the wise, don’t waste your time creating a ticket with EA Support, they’ll absolve themselves of any responsibility for their company’s errors. And they’ve offered zero solutions to customers who are contacting EA through other channels.
I've wasted so much time with this simple issue that someone could have resolved immediately. I mean seriously how many of us could this have affected? give us the freaking code already..
