I have been in contact with Amazon's customer support and they can't help whatsoever. I preordered my physical copy of NHL '21 on October 2, for the Playstation 4 (PSN ID: King_Ouzer), and never received an email for a code, nor does accessing the PS Store on the PS4 or online work for me.

So if Amazon doesn't provide us with a code, where are we supposed to get it from and how am I going to get to play for something I'm supposed to receive as a preorder bonus? This seems like false advertising.
