Hey @EA_Blueberry @EA_Aljo. It's been two weeks since this post. It's now December 14th and no resolution (and minimal communication). I will repeat that I am not holding you all personally responsible, however I hope you can appreciate how comical this has gotten.
It shows me that while EA portrays these forums as a way to resolve issues, that is not a reality.
What I will hold you responsible for is not responding to my request for a DM with a name/phone number/email of an actual person that I can speak with so that I can take this out of your hands and get it handled myself.
Can you shed some color on this process for us? Who have you communicated with? What are they telling you? What is the hang up? Have any communications from this forum been shared?
I will remind you that I am not asking you to "do anything for me." I am asking you to give me what I have paid for. Lets not forget what happened here. The company advertised, "Give us your money before X date and in exchange we will give you the game, plus this extra content." Apparently EA has been selling the additional content at it's store (I have not gone there because the company is not getting another dime from me until this is resolved.), so this content does have an actual value attributed to it. I did my part, but EA is withholding what it owes me for no good reason. The argument that this is somehow Amazon's fault do not hold water. It was EA that advertised this. Amazon was just the retailer. They are not obligated to deliver on your promotion.
Again...I ask for a contact person at EA and I'd be glad to advocate for myself and get this resolved. I would be more than happy to never post on this message board ever again.
