It’s been a month since I last posted here. Promises a that there would be outreach after the holiday, have gone unfulfilled.
I’ve asked for you all to provide color as to what you are doing to resolve the problem. No answer.
I’ve asked for the name of a person that I could speak to to resolve the problem. You told me “there is no person.” The real answer would be, “I’m not going to give you the name of the person.”
I’m not holding the mods here responsible for the issue. However I am holding them responsible for their lack of communication and frankly lack of honesty in communicating about this issue.
I’m just a customer, make that a former customer. I’m only one guy, but know that I will not be doing business with the company until this is resolved.

The facts of the matter here is that EA offered a promotion and then did not fulfill the promotion. They’ve gone on to put the item that was offered for sale proving that it has a tangible value and was not added value.
The company has more than enough time to make this right. Rather than generate some codes for their online store and distributing them to the people on this thread, they’ve chosen to ignore it. If this was a problem that the company wanted solved, it would be solved.
