I've taken great pains not to cast any blame/fault towards you as individuals and I hope that all of my posts on this matter have been respectful. However at this point, the fact that you have not responded to anything makes me think that you have washed your hands of this matter.
Again...I'd be glad to remove the middle man. Just DM me a name/number of a human being that I can speak to on this matter and the problem is solved.
I'd be glad not to post here again. Just don't underestimate me and think that I'm going away. This is now a matter of principal for me.
I paid for something that I'm owed by the company that runs this website. Plain and simple.
I'll continue to wait for any acknowledgement.
