Last year when thee Sabres changed from navy blue to royal blue you hit everything perfectly as far as the royal blue scheme goes. The majority of the crowd was royal blue, the mascot wore royal blue, the arena graphics ban with the logo was royal blue. Everything was spot on with the royal blue. This was a big deal to me. The Sabres main color is royal blue not their old navy blue. However, when I just played NHL 22 I noticed you went back to the navy blue in the crowd, the mascot and the arena graphics ban with the logos. Everything. Their uniforms are still royal blue but it looks bad mixed with navy blue. I can't play this game the way it is right now. This should be treated as seriously as you not updating the senators new logos and uniforms in the game last year upon launch. I noticed the goal colors when you score are orange and not red. I was super excited to see the new engine in the trailers for this game. All the upgraded graphics etc etc. I thought sweet, finally the Kings will look right! I was disappointed to see that I was wrong. The Kings have updated jerseys this year, the collar and the trim on the jerseys are now a shimmery silver color that really stands out. Kind of the like the gold you guys fixed on Vegas' jerseys but silver instead. In the game they are a drab grey color. Also, the numbers for the jerseys are too fat and the font is wrong. Please give every teams jerseys the NHL 22 treatment! It super obvious when I'm playing Vegas and they beautiful looking jerseys with enhanced detail and the Kings are still wearing last year's lo res, inaccurate stuff! Thank you! I also noticed every other arena has their goal light color the default red but when you play in Buffalo it is some weird off color orange. I feel like EA totally crapped on the Sabres this year because they are the worst team in hockey. Even Seattle's new arena looks beautiful probably because they are new and popular. I included a photo of what the Sabres arena looked like last year in NHL 21 and it should be the same this year because nothing has changed for the Sabres.

I noticed that as well. The graphics do look alot better with the frostbite engine but the lack of attention to detail is ridiculous and lazy, the thing is, we all know anything that needs to be fixed most likely will get neglected for hut.

it should be! it also is a big issue that a lot of fonts are wrong on NHL jerseys.
Also The Islanders don’t even have UBS, they’re playing in a ea built custom rink… must be so disappointng.

@Biscuits1432 That’s probably because UBS Arena will not open officially until Nov 20th. That being said I honestly won’t be shock if they leave it as "Islanders Arena”. They've been using the same art design for years but continuously using Barclays Center signs with "A shift in power".

I just played in a bunch of different other arenas and it looks like EA prolly just crapped on this Sabres in this game because they are the worst team in hockey. Even Seattle's arena looks beautiful prolly because they are new and popular. I also noticed when playing in every other arena the goal light color is red. In Buffalo it's some weird off orange color. Buffalo's color scheme should be accurate though
