NHL offline mode improvements

I'd just like to suggest simple improvements to offline modes. First a few quite simple quality of life improvements:

- Completely unlock the player customization! Possibility to edit player height, weight, positions, play style, player heads and even attributes. All of these should be customizable BOTH in the franchise mode and in roster customizations. 

Player Height and weight are so rarely updated that just let us to correct them ourselves if we feel like it.

Would help with rookies who often are way underweight and sometimes they gain too much height, like bedard from 5´9 to 6´1 is most i've seen. However, gaining 1 or 2 inches is fine and realistic even. Latest example of the weight issue is David Jiricek who irl is 209 lbs now, while in game around 185. These actually affect how players feel in game so customization options need to be unlocked, like they were a few years back.

- "Apply coach's preferred strategies" -button on the tactics screen in Franchise mode (and on edit lines screen maybe), basically some easy way to apply coach's strategies.

- A way to jump easily between edit lines and strategies screens. In general I feel like lines screen and tactics screen should be more integrated, so one won't need to jump between them so much

- More information about the current strategies shown in the edit lines screen, as there's currently no info on which line strategy each line has, and how does it compare to coach's preferred line strategies.

As many times before i'd once again like to add some wishes for bigger features:

- Playable Allstar games and skills competitions for Be a Pro and Franchise Mode

- Option in BAP to play full league seasons in juniors and/or in europe before and after getting drafted, and possibility to end up in ahl again.

- IIHF WJC added to BAP and FM. It feels like it's left halfway and not taking full advantage of the licences when it's just a game mode of it's own

- IIHF World championships for BAP, when your team doesn't make playoffs. Previous comment fits to this one as well
