NHL Threes Circuit doesn´t save

Product: NHL 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Threes, exit and start it again
What happens when the bug occurs? I have played around 10 Threes Matches in Circuit Mode, unlocked a lot of stuff, i exited it, and after opening it again my progress was 0% and i lost everything.
What do you expect to see? That my Progress doesn´t erase after i stop playing threes.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 19:00

    I did ensure that I was logged in. It was one of the first things I checked when I initially searched online for an answer and found others experiencing the same issue. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game. When that did t work, I uninstalled, deleted save files, and then reinstalled. When that didn’t work, I found someone on reddit suggest uninstalling, deleting save files, deleting cloud save files, and then reinstalling. That seems to have done it.

    Also same issue ps4. If I exit the mode and go back it it acts like I never played it. No unlocks etc. this sucks

    Hey @mbenson624, @scottieD2003, @patryki, @vc83,

    My first instinct with this issue is that you're using a controller that is not logged in with the lead profile.

    The easiest way to test this is:

    • Quit NHL 19
    • Log out of all profiles on your Xbox
    • Only log into one profile
    • Boot up NHL 19
    • Try playing Threes again

    Please reply with the results, as this should work.

    It is working for me now, but I had to uninstall the game, delete all save files (including those in the cloud), and reinstall the game. So the Threes Circuit mode now works, but it came at the cost of my franchise, pro, and all other save files. Im pretty frustrated and remember why I stopped being a loyal EA customer years ago. I gave it another shot, but I think I’m done with this company.

    @vc83 

    I apologize for the inconvenience.  Though before you did that, did you ensure that you weren't logged into multiple profiles?  (As I mentioned above)  The steps you took may not have been necessary.

    Ok.  Very odd.  I'll make sure we investigate this issue.  Once again, I do apologize for the inconvenience of losing your save data.  And thank you for providing more info on the resolution.

    I am a PS4 user and your fix does not work for me.  Powered up the PS4, made sure I was logged into just my profile, started up NHL19 and navigated to NHL Threes, completed a few games in Offline mode, and exited out to the main menu of NHL 19.  Upon entering the Threes option again, all progress was lost and was met with the intro screen. Is there anything else you can suggest I try? I do not want to erase all game data and reinstall.

    The game mode is great but the lack of ability to save is maddening and will 100% prevent me from buying any more EA games if not resolved.  Why would you depend on a automatic save that clearly has bugs?  Why can't you just put a Save option on the Threes menu page?

    Any luck guys???

    (walk me through a fix & i'll gift a free steam game of youre choice from my 75+ available steam games that I keep available for trading.

    From Humble Bundles & HUmble Monthly etc..

    **I really wanna play the Threes mode but not if it keeps resetting everytime….

    *Also,I put in the 8GB USB stick(xbox) and gonna (attempt) to backup my NHL franchise & superstar mode/be a Pro saves,,

    **I know NHL10 is coming out and I expect the SAME EXACT PROBLEM  Since dates back to NHL18..

    **ive read countless threads for a solution to this & saw NHL18 threads about similar non-saving issues..

    HOW DOES THIS BASIC FUNDAMENTAL MAKE IT PAST TESTING???

    = Fact~ it doesn't!

    They shipped it knowing it's an issue and didn't care or it woulda been patched...

    And it doesn't seem to care what console ur using since it's on PS4 also...

    *this is my 1st NHL game since back in the day, The great NHL14 on PS3 I think....

    Anyone wanna help me out??
