It is about time to fix this, because I’m done with EA Games otherwise, and I’d like my money back for buying the game if this is not fixed soon.the games have been working fine through the years, but seems like you’ve put kindergarten kids to make this game.

@BBenZ10 There are no immediate updates around the status on when this is scheduled to be addressed. It is tracked and being looked at by the team per the list of tasks they are working through. We will let them know this is a pain point for those vocalizing it's negative impact on the overall experience of the game.

@EA_Blueberry I want you or one of your agents to get back to me so I can get a refund.It’s amazing how you can make everything work perfectly fine in NHL 21, and now all of a sudden you can’t, even taking six months plus to address the problem and STILL it isn’t solved? It’s also funny how every damn update or patch messes up World of Chel and connecting to games there, because I highly doubt there isn’t ANYONE else playing either Ones or Threes Eliminator somewhere in the world.But, rest assured - I want a refund on buying this game, and I won’t stop until I get it.

Everytime I try to unlock the alumni characters then go in an online game vs my friend, the alumni characters are not there. Then when I go back to threes circuit all my progress is lost

I have the same problem but I am on PS4. I unlock the legends/alumni and it saves but as soon as I play NHL Threes Online, all my legends/alumni are deleted. When I go back to check my progress in NHL Three Circuit, it says zero % progress and everything is deleted/locked.

Lost fully unlocked threes circuit progress twice!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unlock something in Threes Circuit, then go play a Threes Online game. When you come back, your Circuit will be reset to zero.
What happens when the bug occurs? 3 times now, I have made huge progress in Threes Circuit, then when I play a Threes Online game, my Threes Circuit progress is erased back to 0%.
What do you expect to see? I expect my Threes Circuit progress to not be erased.

As soon as you play a Threes Online game, all of your Threes Circuit progress gets reset to 0%.
I took a video on 1/12/22 at 11:06pm showing that I was almost 100% complete with the entire Threes Circuit.
Then I played a Threes Online game and took another video on 1/13/22 at 8:48pm showing that my Threes Circuit progress has been completely erased.
Hours and hours of progress down the drain. Unbelievable.
This is the third time this has happened since I got NHL 22.

I’ve tried almost everything.. I’ve deleted the game and the saved game data. I’ve unlinked and relinked my PSN account to EA.
even went as far as bought the game on Xbox series s just because me and my friend want alumni players in 3s..
I have chatted with EA countless times, and I’m given no help.. was once told it’s because of my connection (LOL)
if it still doesn’t work on Xbox I think I’m done with EA.. like this has been a problem I’ve had since launch and it’s never been rectified
