I'm not seeing other reports of this so we're not aware of it being a bug. Let's try some troubleshooting to see if we can get this to clear up. What audio set up are you using? Is this with a home theater, headset or just the standard speakers your TV comes with?
Using standard speakers, these speaker are built in, and it is using the HD cable, I noticed even when I connected it to my computer's speakers and recorded the game, while using headphones it has the same outcome, this cutout is also consistent, it's as if the file for the home goal audio is missing

Would you be able to try a different HDMI cable? It would be good to rule out any issues with it.
