NHL25 clubs - kicked for poor team play

Can you fix it so that members of the club don’t get kicked for poor team play? It’s * that a member of the club may be having a bad game or my 10 year old who is trying to play with us takes a bad penalty and gets kicked. 

I get if they are drop in it makes sense but if they are a manners the club they shouldn’t get kicked for a bad game. 

this game costs too damn much for us to have to deal with this * when we have only a few hours a week to try to game together.
