No Ability to Create Female Skaters

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you try to create a female player, there is no longer the option
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the option to choose a female face during character creation
What do you expect to see? I expected to be able to create female skaters like the last few games
