No more monthly collectible sets?

Hi Newbie here! Sorry if in wrong section. My question is...

I no longer have the option to trade in my daily collectibles for sets (ie/gold collectibles) Is this another thing EA has now stopped doing because NHL 22 has come out? I am still getting my daily pack of cards w/the daily collectable card, but have no options to trade them when I go into the sets. Its one of the few ways I was able to get gold collectibles for upgrading my players. I'm too beginner to have enough coins to buy the collectibles in the auction area. I only started playing NHL21 in July and now some of the ways I was building my team/acct up are obsolete w/NHL22  out. I am assuming that the monthly collectibles are now obsolete too?

    Hello, @Goalie_groupie 

    Unfortunately, this is the case. NHL 21 is no longer updated with new content as the team has transitioned to NHL 22.

    @EA_Aljo thank you for letting me know. I am finding this frustrating. You buy a game, just to have parts of it stop working after a year, because the developers move on to smthng else. So disappointing. Thanks again for replying ❤
