Community ManagerHave you tried power cycling the console yet? That fixes most game errors and is a solid first step to take.
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Does it happen for all Franchises? If so, I'd try re-installing the game to see if results change. This could likely be corrupted files as we're not seeing others report this on a widespread scale.- @EA_Blueberry I reinstalled the game and I am still running into the same issue.

Do you have the power cord plugged directly into the wall or something else?
Would you be able to share the game to a different Gamertag on your console to see if it happens on that one? That way we can see if it's account specific?
