Do you have the power cord plugged directly into the wall or something else?
Would you be able to share the game to a different Gamertag on your console to see if it happens on that one? That way we can see if it's account specific?
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry The Xbox is plugged directing into to wall socket. I do not have another gamertag to share to unfortunately. Im starting to to think the game itself may be defective.
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry For some odd reason, the game has progressively gotten worse - making it unplayable. I’ve tried every corrective measure possible. It’s even happening in Play Now mode.

I'd hate to ask you to go this route but would you be willing to do a factory reset of the console? We are not getting any other reports on this so it sound very isolated to the account itself or hardware. - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry I did a rest on the console and chose to keep my games and apps. This did not work, even after using two different controllers. Should I completely and unfortunately wipe the whole device?

It is possible there is corrupted data for the game locally and in the cloud. I think this is the best option to go forward to determine if it's account or hardware specific. - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Factory reset and reinstalled the game. Still the same issue. I’m having no other problems running any other game or app on my Xbox.

I'd just like to say that I am having this same issue. First happened a week or 2 ago when during the IIHF World Juniors tournament. Also happened tonight in offline season mode. It happens pretty much every game.
The player receives the puck and then can't move.. all you can do is shoot or pass to someone else. Very annoying, like ssolo97 said, makes the game very unplayable.

It sounds like a bug in this case. There is just a couple last questions I'd like to cover to see if we can at least get this fixed for you while it's documented for the team.- Are you using standard Xbox controllers
- Does this issue happen if you share the game to another PSN ID/Gamertag on your console
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Yes, all of my controller are standard Xbox wireless controllers. I’m not sure how to share to another gamertag

There is information on how to designate your Xbox as the "Home Xbox" which will allow other Gamertags on your console to play the games you own.

Would you be able to try it under a different Gamertag to verify if it's account based? - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry I followed the directions in the link. My Xbox was already set to “my home Xbox”. I unchecked that box and then rechecked the box to make it my home Xbox again. I didn’t create a new gamer tag, but instead signed in as a guest and tried to play the game. The bug happened a lot less frequently, but it still happened. I got through one period until it began to happen again.

If you're on Xbox this is how to record a clip:
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/friends-social-activity/share-socialize/capture-game-clips-and-screenshotsI usually use Xboxdvr.com to look up my Gamertag for my clips. It might take 10-30 minutes for your video to upload on there. From there, you can save the video and upload it to a site like YouTube. Then share the link here.
- 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry Here is a longer clip. It’s about two minutes and clearly shows the issue. Every time the player stops moving his feet is when the problem occurs.

My Problem is that with all my 3 Controllers while i am playing NHL22 my left stick isn't working from time to time. Especially when i want to breakout or cycle around the net. Somebody help me please

- I play on the Xbox one S gears of war edition
- I noticed this around early December
- this has happened in practice mode, play now mode, and franchise mode.
- Ive used the standard Xbox controller that came with the console, a standard wireless Xbox controller black, and another standard Xbox night ops camo controller. All 3 have had the same issue occur. - 4 years ago
