No vibration in the controller, again!!!

How does this game have no controller vibration on the series x? This is pathetic that it has not been fixed. Last time I buy NHL...ill wait to play it free on game pass since you can't fix such small issue that makes a huge difference for gameplay. 

Its awful how there is no vibration on xbox series x. You guys deleted my last post.. fix your game. As a consumer we paid alot for this pile of garbage..take some pride in your work and fix it. Don't wait until NHL 23 like you hinted at in one of your responses.

I’ve had this same problem since I think late October or early November and I’ve tried all of the workarounds and nothing worked and I actually quite playing for a couple of weeks hoping that it would be a quick fix and that was the case as here we are now at the start of February and it’s still not fixed at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the NHL season finished before EA fixes the vibration issues. I’ve been playing since NHL 12 when and I haven’t seen anything this bad and it go on for this  long it’s an absolute joke and a waste of money I pay for a game and it doesn’t even perform one of its most basic functions of the game a function that has been apart of the game from the time I started playing NHL games so it’s not like it’s some new feature that they haven’t gotten nailed down yet vibration has literally been around since the games back on the saga genesis so late 90s. Please fix the vibration issues so I actually enjoy playing the game again.

2 steps forward 3 steps back. The EA way of doing things

Hello! 

I'm using a regular xbox series x controller. 

The vibration worked for a while but now there's unfortunate no vibration. 

I've tried:

Soft reset

Connecting with an USB cable

Fully charged batteries

Is there a fix ?
