Not able to pick up the puck
My players in nhl 22 franchise mode and bap and chel can't get the puck on their sticks it just sits there I have deleted and reinstalled it still the same

When playing world of chel or hut, players will receive a pass but wont pick up the puck, and just throw it straight away. tried restarting the app and xbox and nothing works.

It sounds like you're one touch passing. Are you hitting the pass button while the puck is on the way to the player you're passing to? That will initiate a one touch pass.
No cause the CPU as the same issues as my players, can't pick up the puck. after a few minutes of the puck just bouncing around both players the Ref stops the games cause he loses sight of the puck even when the puck just bunching around at centre ice. this is done in franchise mode as well.
