Not able to pick up the puck

My players in nhl 22 franchise mode and bap and chel can't get the puck on their sticks it just sits there I have deleted and reinstalled it still the same Edit: Moved post to the NHL 22 boards ...

@fcollard1973 I have the same issue maybe. Can't win a draw, can't pick uo the puck, just brunches around, when I pass it just bounce off the player. Is my settings or what???

Have you tried multiple controllers? If you have some video of this happening, it would be great to see.

    Just the same one  Controller, I forgot to mention this on PS4. And I don't have a viedo yet.

      If you can get some video, let me know. This is a pretty odd issue and one we rarely receive reports on. We haven't been able to reproduce it either, but will certainly watch for other reports.

        cant ever recieve passes in chel...puck bounces off stick all the time.....
