At least add realistic home arenas for Canada and USA, becose those arenas are already in the game (currently for only NHL clubs):
- Capital One Arena (Washington) for USA
- Canadian Tire Centre (Ottawa) for Canada
Alternative international jerseys:
- Russia "ROC Jersey"
- Euro Hockey Tour jerseys (Finland, Sweden, Czech, Russia)
- Maybe some classic historical jerseys (like USA 1980, Soviet Union 1980 and 1988, Finland 1991 and 1995, Czechoslovakia 1985,)

@petteri54 and @MV75 You want the lot of things, which also I want to see in NHL 22 or least NHL 23.
@MV75 you're made great list about cities whitch not found at game, but you forgot few city.
- Sweden: Karlstad (home city of Färjestad BK), Gävle (home city of Brynäs IF), Ängelholm (home city of Rögle BK), Örnsköldsvik (home city of MoDo Hockey)
- Other: Vilnius (Lithuania), Oslo (Norway), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Astana and Nur-Sultan are the same city, Astana is Nur-Sultan's old name.
- Austria: Salzburg , Villach, Klagenfurt, Innsbruck, Linz and Graz
- Finland: Rovaniemi, Joensuu, Vantaa
One big things which I want see in NHL 23 ,is same face creator program, what using in FIFA 22 carreer mode, when create a manager. There is lot of more hair styles than in NHL 22 player creation, and in FIFA 22 you can also morhip eyes, nose, lips, brows etc.... , this would be nice see in NHL 23, so we player could create ,real looking face for player. Curent face editor what is in NHL22 is realy bad, if we compare what it is in FIFA 22

Finland- 2014 white jersey what Finland used 2014 Winter OlympicI want see, that EA Sport restore all deleted goalie- and player gears which have been in NHL08 - NHL21. In European leagues all players not use newest gears, for example many players use the following skates, gloves and sticks:
- Bauer Supreme 2S Pro (skates)
- Bauer Vapor 2X Pro (skates)
- Bauer Supreme 1S (gloves)
- Bauer Vapor Flylite (hockey stick)Would be nice , when players creating new goalkeepers or new skaters to game , that they can choice for created players their real gears, that players looking authentic. For example if player want create Paul Kariya to the game, they could choice for Kariya's real equipments.

Those citys is also missing, I thought that they had fixed them, because their club teams is in the game, but no.
I also added more Swedish and Finnish citys in the list now that should be in the game.
I also agree on that FIFA 22 have better tools for creating faces than NHL 22 have. I hope that can be improved in the next games.
Old gears would also be great, not sure how the license for that works, men makes old times rosters more real with old gears for players, like the choice of have a player without helmet.
For the IIHF license, it would be fantastic to have older jerseys to choose from, like it should be easy to bring in the World Cup jerseys that was also in the NHL games before.
@MV75 EA Sports did great job, when they added to the game lot of new surnames, hopefully next they added more new cities to the game.
When you mentioned new leagues, like KHL, Extraliga (Slovakia) EIHL (UK), NCAA , USHL and Mestis. Maybe Swiss league (Switzerland 2-tier) or DEL 2 (Germany 2- tier) would be better than Mestis. If EA Sports would add to the game KHL and NCAA, in game would be all important hockey leagues. USHL and NAHL would be also nice see in the game.
Would be nice if EA Sports added to the game , 3 vs 3 game mode , where you can play 3 vs 3 hockey at real rules like played in real life. NHL
All Stars game has been played many years 3 vs 3 format, why not would add to the game this 3 vs 3 experience for the players.
If EA add of this style 3 vs 3 game mode to the game, would be nice create own 3 vs 3 teams to game where is maximum 15 players / team. (3 goalie , 4 defencemans and 7 fowards)
