Online Play - Unable to Retrieve Data; Please Try Later

I am using an XBOX One and have a great network connection and I know its working as I am able to chat with users in Party Mode with them on the Xbox.  But anything I do in NHL15 to play on line mode, I get waiting for Oppenent and then the following error

"Unable to Retrieve Data; Please Try Later"

I have opened all the ports that EA Stats in the thumbnail post above and still having the same issue.

If I am unable to play games with any friends online then this game is a waste of $69

Can someone at EA please provide some support for this.
