Online versus game freezing in intermission "waiting for all users to resume"

Hi there, @AvgJoesGym.

Is this happening in every Online Versus match you play? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

    @EA_Aljo Not every time, but I would estimate 10-20%. I am on a reliable wireless connection

      Wireless is never reliable, unfortunately. Is it possible to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

        @EA_Aljo I have switched to wired, same issue. I have other devices on this 5GHz network that work flawlessly, so it is definitively not the connection. I've also experienced this issue on as far back as NHL 17.
