Other team quits the game but we get lost

Was just in a club game on NHL 24 up 3 to nothing. 5 minutes into the game. The other team stopped moving and quit the game. Nobody lost connection and all of us remained in the club room. Even after we left the lobby. Nobody disconnected but somehow we got the loss. Please fix
