Overwrite Existing or Create New Pro

Long story short I made a Pro and am not happy with the stats and specs I set up. I have tried to edit the player but cannot edit the attributes I want to change (i.e. height, weight, number, position, etc.) I am trying to go through Create Pro and create a new Pro player but for some reason I make it all the way through the process and press "O" to "Apply" and it just goes back to the create a pro menu asking me which position I want my pro to be. I want to replace my current Live the Life pro with my new one but I have no idea where it goes after I so call "Apply" changes...my Live the Life Pro, where ever I look, still has the same heigt, weight, name, position, etc as my old one...WTF is going on? I've been searching for days on how to change this...I don't care if I have to bomb all the attributes and games of the old player, I just want to be able to save a new Pro...
