Ping is between 6 an 8 ms but always lag

Hi! I used in NHL21 the setting find Games <20ms an it worked fine, alle games were shown between 6 an 8 ms. My Ports are open but the players respond total delayd, agein. Whats the problem? If it sh...

I also changed ISPs twice, changed DNS servers, and opened ports and I don't know what else, and when I tried to show the delay in the video, they just didn't see any .. it's not visible, but you know them when you hold the driver yourself and play. ..
