Community ManagerUnfortunately, there's nothing else I can do for you since you're sure this isn't a network issue. The best I can do is troubleshoot your connections. We're also not hearing from many in your region about this so we're not aware of any issues there.
We have troubleshoot our connections, they are fine. A good answer would be if you and EA are telling us the server locations. I think that would clear everything. I will send another traceroute later … the problem is clearly on the EA site nor on ours but we know for years that EA will not do something against. No fun to play …

Here is the EA Traceroute protocol. It shows 90 ms … my NHL says 6 to 10 ms connect. The 90 ms is like the game plays … explain!
