Community ManagerUnfortunately, there's nothing else I can do for you since you're sure this isn't a network issue. The best I can do is troubleshoot your connections. We're also not hearing from many in your region about this so we're not aware of any issues there.
@EA_Aljo So please explain me where the problem is !? If, according to UOtrace, my connection is good, and you have confirmed it !!! But as @ Codo37 mentions the game is simply delayed even though the connection is good and the ping is stable for 23ms .. but it can't be proved in the video because it's not visible, but all the players' reactions are with a delay such that I can't affect the game!
Its in wins too … not only in losses but its impossible to win with the lag against a good player with good connect or whatever.
And here the EU Server (if its not the correct adress, then post here please the right IP).
30 ms … not the shown 6-8 ms on the NHL Ping Screen. explain again!
