@EA_Aljo So please explain me where the problem is !? If, according to UOtrace, my connection is good, and you have confirmed it !!! But as @ Codo37 mentions the game is simply delayed even though the connection is good and the ping is stable for 23ms .. but it can't be proved in the video because it's not visible, but all the players' reactions are with a delay such that I can't affect the game!

Community ManagerThat's not something I can really explain. If your tests show no issues and you video doesn't show any issues, we can't really track down what is happening. Do you notice the lag when you win games as well or is it only in losses?
Its in wins too … not only in losses but its impossible to win with the lag against a good player with good connect or whatever.
And here the EU Server (if its not the correct adress, then post here please the right IP).
30 ms … not the shown 6-8 ms on the NHL Ping Screen. explain again!
