In game, you're connecting to a server closer than the one you're testing. That's why you see the lower ping. You're also only sending 7 packets. You need to send 100 to get more accurate results.

Community ManagerWe don't give out the server locations. As far as your test goes, again, I'm not seeing any issues with it. Since you're also not showing any lag in your videos and we've done all troubleshooting, I can't think of anything else to suggest.

Packet loss is most likely the issue. That's different than what the others are experiencing. Did you already try alternate DNS settings?
I am using Google DNS Servers and tried Cloudflare on my Xbox. Hard to troubleshoot the issue on my Box, it's my only Exposed Host on the network as well.
