You're getting high pings starting with the second hop. That's the node in your neighborhood that is managed by your ISP. You also have a bit of packet loss. This is all before you reach our servers so it's not something we have any control over. Sometimes, open ports and using alternate DNS settings can help with this, but it would be best to contact your ISP and find out why the ping time is so high. You shouldn't have a worst ping of 86 ms at this point. Due to the high ping, it's going to get worse as your data continues through the remaining hops.
Your telling me the high pings of 276ms on ea servers are because of hop 2 of my isp ? Can I share this info your telling me to my isp

You're starting out with a bad ping. That's just going to get worse as your data travels farther from where it originated due to the distance and time it takes to get there. Your ISP should also be able to back this up. While the average is fine, you're fluctuating a lot. Having a worse that high on the second hop indicates an issue and it's occurring well before your each our servers.

That's definitely curious. Your ping times are now acceptable, but the packet loss could possibly be from that server, which isn't the one you play NHL on, or it could start with one of the previous hops that are not allowing pings. If we find any issues with our servers, we'll make an announcement. Otherwise, I believe you've done all the troubleshooting I can suggest.

We haven't determined there are any issues. We're not seeing tests from others showing packet loss on that server, which NHL isn't being played on.

Yea but it’s causing issues in my end .. packet loss messes everything up no matter which hop it’s on .. like you said to me in the previous message regarding packet loss on my internet provider on hop 2 but now it’s closer the ea end now you guys don’t find any issues with packet loss and what about the 79ms that’s high on hop12 and then back down to 44 ms on hop 13 what’s with the lag / jitter spike that’s not normal.
