So how long before the fix ? As you see soon as I told my internet provider thEy fixed it right away hopefully you guys follow because playing with packet loss is non playable

Community ManagerWe haven't determined there are any issues. We're not seeing tests from others showing packet loss on that server, which NHL isn't being played on.
Yea but it’s causing issues in my end .. packet loss messes everything up no matter which hop it’s on .. like you said to me in the previous message regarding packet loss on my internet provider on hop 2 but now it’s closer the ea end now you guys don’t find any issues with packet loss and what about the 79ms that’s high on hop12 and then back down to 44 ms on hop 13 what’s with the lag / jitter spike that’s not normal.
