You're getting high pings starting with the second hop. That's the node in your neighborhood that is managed by your ISP. You also have a bit of packet loss. This is all before you reach our servers so it's not something we have any control over. Sometimes, open ports and using alternate DNS settings can help with this, but it would be best to contact your ISP and find out why the ping time is so high. You shouldn't have a worst ping of 86 ms at this point. Due to the high ping, it's going to get worse as your data continues through the remaining hops.
Yea but it’s causing issues in my end .. packet loss messes everything up no matter which hop it’s on .. like you said to me in the previous message regarding packet loss on my internet provider on hop 2 but now it’s closer the ea end now you guys don’t find any issues with packet loss and what about the 79ms that’s high on hop12 with packet loss and then back down to 44 ms on hop 13 with packet loss ,,what’s with the lag / jitter spike that’s not normal. @EA_Aljo @Codo37 @
