I have a same issue with input lag since the game has been released. I have a ping between 12-15 ms, but most noticeable is the input lag. At the end, the game is unplayable even when I am playing on Europa server ( I am from Germany) On Scandinavian server there is no way for me to play, because of highest input lag. The players start to accelerate very late. Every poke check leads to 2 min penalties. Also the game vs. finish or Swedish players is becoming horible.
