Hey, so the Servers to ps5 seems very spike when im playing. please fix, And im on Wired with Fiber. Fix the servers please.
All is good now. i got a feeling it can be something when alot of people are playing on the servers or smh. but it´s good now.

We're not ware of any issues currently so we should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Ive tryed that, not helping. when i test the internet speed It´s good on my Pc, but when im trying on my Playstation it´s very bad. and on the downdetector site it´s many people reporting.
Community ManagerSpeed isn't the issue. You don't need a super fast connection. 20 mbps will work fine. At this time, our servers aren't experiencing an outage so we'll need to keep troubleshooting. Something else you can try would be using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
