Community AdminAre you using official controllers or are they third party made controllers? I can really only advise trying one more controller to see if that's the issue. In Battlefield some players for PlayStation had issues with the sniper rifles not shooting because of the sensitivity for the trigger button being pressed too hard over time. Some people gently press buttons while other mash, which mashing can wear down response time.
