Player cannot move once obtaining the puck

Sorry for the delay in reply.....No I didn't try the other control schemes as that is not how I play....I actually bought a new PS4 controller and it has the same issue. It doesn't happen more than a couple times a game, but it is irritating to say the least.

Did you happen to start playing before the full download of your game was complete? I did this back at launch because I was too impatient and came across similar issues.

I recommend backing up all your save files and redownloading your game - be sure not to touch anything until it is 100% downloaded

@TTZ_Dipsy I downloaded the game while I slept, It was 100% good when i started it for the first time.
