Community ManagerThanks for the videos. Can you point out which video and when in that video your player is freezing during skating?
Hello!!
There are two good examples in video 95125858. in same play. In second 49 just when before the player is going to cross the blue line and and second 52 when same player recovers the puck behind the net puck after the shoot.In both cases I was trying to skate forward but the player did not respond. Second 2:36 it s another example when my player get (Simmonds) get the puck .I try to skate forward but iI have to pass the puck because he does not respond. Second 2:58 passes again When my player has another pushing from behind .

Thanks. I've seen a few others report this over the last couple of years. I haven't found a solution for it yet. The others never told me what resolved it. Have you power cycled your console since this started happening? If not, try that now and let me know if it helps.

I have power cicled my console several times since the problem started but there is no changes in game play. The problem is still active. Hope you/EA can give me a soultion as soon as possible.

Have you checked for a firmware update for your controller? This can be checked by going to you Xbox settings. Then, go to Devices & Streaming > Accessories. Make sure your controller is updated here.
