Player freezes skating.

If you do what I suggested, does it work again only for a period?

Something else to try is to delete your gamertag off your console and download it again. I'm not optimistic that's going to work, but it's worth a shot.

Do you have another gamertag you can try? Just as a test. I want to see if it works on one account, but not the other.

Also, if you do what I suggested before, does it again only work briefly and then go back to stopping skating when you get the puck?

With another account same thing happened. Another controller ( its ok never happen)

But elite only on nhl it makes this bug. 

When I go in my controller setting at the thumbstick setting  to test it everything is ok. I also clean as much has I can my controller but dont change anything

Are you saying a standard Xbox controller doesn't have this problem and that it's only with the Elite controller?

If it's only happening with the Elite 1 controller, it sounds like an issue with the controller. Have you modified the button controls at all for it?

@EA_AljoI even put it back at default. The contoller ok.. but why only sometimes with a puck possession (catch pass) not on free skating or in another game?

Are you absolutely sure you're not pressing a direction on the right stick when you receive the pass? If you move the puck to your forehand or backhand, Your player will glide when you do. If that's not the case, it would seem there's an issue with the controller itself. Regular controllers are working fine for you. Personally, I have used Elite 1 controllers and I currently use an Elite 2. I haven't experienced this yet, but that doesn't mean there's no problem. It could be a combination of different things unique to our consoles/controllers. It's just a difficult one to track down since it's quite rare.

After uninstalling/reinstalling the game several times the problem still continues. The frequency with which the problem occurs is different each time the game is reinstalled.

As you can see on some occasions the player stays in front of the goalkeeper without moving even though the left stick is moving while aiming between the baton sticks. In the same situation at other times it works properly.

Also sometimes when the player picks up the free puck stops skating.

Maybe there is a variable in your code that is not working properly in your latest update...??

What kind of controller are you using? Is it an Elite controller by chance?

It ´s a wireless controller for xbox one model 1708.
