I enjoy the player morale part of franchise mode, but it needs to be greater. What I mean is a 1 or 2 point increase is ok, but what we see in real life is much bigger. Probably 5-10 overall points up and/or down. Also should be a factor and change in game as well. Shift to shift morale changes and so therefore overall attributes should change too. I would love to see this explored more in future releases. Instead of a set of attributes, have a range of attributes that change the overall 5 points each way. So an 85 OVR could be anywhere from an 80 to a 90 to start a game. Then in-game shift to shift can vary up to 5 or 10 points from that starting point. So for example if a player was an 85, then through morale changes became an 89, then as the game progressed, could become a 99 OVR in game, at least for a shift or two. It could also go the other way where the 85 OVR player could be an 80 to start the game and through the in-game morale changes become a 70 for a shift or two. What you think? I think it may be more realistic.
