Plays of the month rewards missing

I won plays of the month #3 for the month of January 22 and I have not received any of the jerseys. I am supposed to receive both jerseys for WOC AND HUT as stated. (View photo for more)  Tried talk...

    @EA_Aljo I am having the same issue. I was the 4th overall play for the month of January on Xbox series s. My account is BirdBrain629 and I would love these jerseys for WOC AND HUT. Thank you so much!
