Plays of the month rewards missing

I won plays of the month #3 for the month of January 22 and I have not received any of the jerseys. I am supposed to receive both jerseys for WOC AND HUT as stated. (View photo for more)  Tried talk...

    @EA_Aljo It is now March. These are January’s plays of the month. I understand it is not part of EA sports schedule or priorities but it should take a short time to send people who won a jersey their reward. Can we please try an have them within the week. I just want to see something positive from this game. Thank you for your help

    I'm really sorry for the delay with this. I understand that it's very frustrating. Currently, we're having a technical issue with granting these jerseys. It's still being worked on. As soon as I have some news, I'll provide an update here.

    As far as I know, no one has received them in HUT. I know this is frustrating, but there's a technical issue with adding them.
