port forwarding for NHL 09 (Windows version)

What TCP/UDP ports does the NHL 09 server use on the PC version?

NHL 09 for PC didn't ever have an "online service" in that sense: its' online compatibilities are based on direct connections between players. No EA servers or matching mechanisms were ever envolved, so there's nothing that could be discontinued.
