changing primary and secondary dns had no effect with either upnp setting.
still happing occasionally off a faceoff in the defensive zone after a play penalty, icing, or offsides stoppage.

Community ManagerAre you and your brother playing from the same location? If so, does he also experience this? Something else you can check is to see if your router supports QoS (Quality of Service). If it does, make sure that is enabled.
