Everyone, just clear your Xbox cache. 

Xbox One - unplug the cord to your power brick for 10 seconds then plug it back in, light should first turn white then turn orange then back to white when you turn it back on 

Xbox One X - hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off, turn it back on

Problem solved.
