lol why was my post deleted? Big yikes EA.

Guess I’ll post it again!

1. Console: XB1
2. Account Name: Landy Byng
3. Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): Ever since NHL 20 was released on EA Access.
4. Which mode were you in?: HUT, World of Chel, Online Versus
5. What were you doing just before it occurred?: Nothing special. Attempting to play online? 
6. How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?:  100%
7. Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number? Well you deleted my old post that contained three separate error codes for three separate modes. Read the other members posts. I’ve received the same error codes as them. 
8. All troubleshooting steps that I've attempted: 

- 3x Uninstalled/Reinstalled the game

- 2x Cleared Alternate MAC address 

- Removed/Re-Added my Gamertag

- Cleared my persistent storage 

- Deleted cloud saves

- Changed Privacy Settings

- Tried to see if NHL 19 was fine (it works perfectly)

- Power cycled the console 

- Tried on WIFI instead of my Wired Connection 

- Reset Xbox to factory settings (keeping games and apps)

- Sent the EA customer support guy a UO trace report and he said my connection is fine.
