  1. Timestamp (date/time, with time zone):1028am est 9/14/19 
  1. Which mode were you in?:  all of them
  1. What were you doing just before it occurred?: installing the game 
  1. How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: every online mode 100% of the time
  1. Can you attach a picture of the error code
