Which mode were you in?: Hockey Ultimate Team
What were you doing just before it occurred?:
How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: when loading every game
Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number?

I am not sure why we are having to post our info. This is an EA issue. Looking back on fixes this happens to people with the same error every launch. As far back as NHL 14 you have gotten people posting this same exact issue. How do you need more data? How have you not fixes this in 5 years? Why am I not able to play CHEL right now? Please fix it soon.

  I'm getting an error code every time I attempt to play the game.

  time stamp: 7:58 pm central time (but have tried multiple times since getting the game yesterday)
