Let's not even mention that I'm forced to play NHL Threes and I just unlocked Johnny Bower and there is no way to add him to my team. He doesn't show up in my reserves at all. I spent 15 years as a game tester and software tester (many times as lead) and this game is ridiculous.

Very disappointing, I was excited when it came out and now I can’t even play....and the CHEL 94 rewards look dope to add on to it and I won’t be able to get it😪

@NHL_Live_Support fake, generic, disingenuous apologies won't cut it. This bug was reported the night that the trial was released on EA Access and your team told everyone to wait until the launch. Now its been over 48 hours since the launch and your team is "working on it".
This is a classic example of a business taking its consumers for granted. EA should have been pro-active and not reactive on this. I've been a loyal customer to the EA brand since day 1, big time HUT player who will spend extra $$ on HUT, and this is the treatment I get? I'll be taking my money elsewhere. The customer service EA has provided has been nothing short of pathetic. No communication other than the odd generic comment. I really hope EA gets their stuff together, as they have a loyal fanbase who deserve better.

Any update to this issue. It has now been 4 days for me. I paid extra money to play the game early and haven't been able to play. I loved the beta and was able to play it. Now all I can do is watch my brother-in-law and his friends play on his Xbox while my Xbox sits on the other side of the wall unable to play the game I want to play. On top of that, I set up a case and requested a call, only for him to say it was a known issue that is being worked on. I got excited when I checked my case and it said resolved. I guess telling me it was a known issue was his idea of it being resolved. He also sent me a link to follow on Answers HQ. This is the title to the link he sent(It's from 2015):

No update? No compensation? Regardless If you ever fix this. rest assured this is my last year with EA, as a loyal Customer since the beginning this is absolutely unacceptable..let me guess , the next message will be" we're working hard on fixing this issue" we understand how frustrated you are" but nothing will be done .

@hockeydude215 My prediction is that if there's any compensation offered it will be some HUT packs with little value. No real compensation, just fake currency.
