  In case you haven't read the potential work-around that was mentioned earlier in this thread, please try it (listed below):
  
  Unfortunately, this likely won't work for every user, but it will for some.
  
  Log out of any secondary profiles
  
  Unplug any dongles (e.g. Guitar Hero)
  
  Ensure that only one controller is connected to your XBOX One
  
  Ensure that only one profile is logged in
  
  Restart NHL 20

    I bought this game on the day it was released as I have been buying NHL games since I can remember. My friends and I only play online co-op on versus and/or NHL Threes but we can't play so our games are all collecting dust. This is ridiculous that a multi million dollar company have a bug of this magnitude out in production for this long. If the bug affected purchasing items I would be sure you're engineers would work day and night to fix it, don't understand why you won't give this level of attention to allow the game to work as designed.
