    @snowy700 Have you tried disconnecting any other controllers connected to your X1? That has worked for many people.

      First off that doesn’t sound like a solution seeing how I always have a controller on charge, secondly here’s what is now happening because of that “solution” good one

      Yes unplugging the controller works, but that’s not a solution just an fyi, fix your game

        @snowy700 100%. It’s hard to explain, but I use another controller plugged into my Xbox and speakers to allow the sound to come out of my monitor. Meaning atm, the only way I can hear sound for NHL 20 is through my headset. Very inconvenient and this needs to be fixed.
