Timestamp (date/time, with time zone): 1:00 AM Eastern Time
Which mode were you in?: Hockey Ultimate Team
What were you doing just before it occurred?: Logged into multiple accounts - account that opened up NHL 20 works, but not my friend's account that was logged in. NOTE: This worked in NHL 19
How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: 100%
